Cydne is a nurturer. Through gentle and thoughtful movement of the body, she encourages her students to cultivate their own inner seeds of love. She invites her students to explore the breath. To navigate the body and mind. To take a journey which spirals in - towards an infinite well of self compassion.
"It brings me great joy to nurture those around me - to observe and even anticipate the needs of others. To embody warmth and acceptance. When I step onto the yoga mat, I am reminded to turn that spotlight of nurturing love inward. For me, this is the true gift of yoga."
PROFILE
Cydne Robinson, E-RYT 200, is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Yoga. Prior to her teacher training, Cydne spent several years immersing herself in the yoga world as an employee of the Yoga Connection, a boutique studio in South Florida. In this role, Cydne trained with a variety of instructors, built relationships with a diverse array of students, and brought her love of art into the yoga space - creating murals on the studio's over-sized chalkboard. Through independent study and practice she has gained a deep appreciation for the ways in which the tools of yoga can be used to enrich her life. She is thrilled to share her love of yoga with a wider audience through her online classes and live offerings at Blitz45 Fitness.

HER STORY
Cydne grew up in upstate New York. As a child, she developed a fascination with foreign traditions and longed to travel. At the age of sixteen, she studied abroad for six months and immersed herself in the Ecuadorian culture. It is during this life altering trip that both her inner and outer world expanded - she learned that boldly following one's passion leads to an abundance of rich experiences. Since then, Cydne has continued traveling and connecting with the world community - her favorite destination is Waiheke Island, New Zealand. As a natural life-long adventurer and lover of ancient cultures, it was perhaps inevitable that her path would intersect with yoga, an Indian practice dating back over 5,000 years, which invites one to travel deeply within.
"As yoga becomes more mainstream in our society, it is important to honor the creators of this rich heritage . I pay great homage, both on and off the mat, to the people of India who gave birth to this enlightening tradition."
